<p>Welcome to <a href="ttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diet_plan "><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>How to Lose 20 Pounds</strong></span></a>.    I created this site to share with you what I found out when I decided that I would to try to lose weight as quickly as I could.</p>
<p><span>I began my challenge about 5 months ago and probably around then I was exactly like you are now.   You are completely fed up having flabby thighs and bum and that annoying belly roll.   And you are absolutely ready for a change!   I was spinning my wheels trying out new diets I read about in magazines.</span></p>
<p>I was also looking on the Internet to figure out how to slim down and whenever it seemed that I had spotted a diet program that worked, I would later discover that it was suspicious or fraudulent.   It was driving me crazy.    Moreover, I am ashamed to admit that I ended up spending hundreds of dollars on protein shakes, low-carb diets and eBooks &#8212; and nothing really worked for me.  Or at least, none of the results I achieved with that stuff was long lasting.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Meanwhile, I was getting more and more desperate to trim down before the summer because I dreaded going to the pool or beach.   And I was so envious and p****ed off whenever I saw those vacuous models and actresses apparently having success with their diets.  It was infuriating and humiliating.   I didn&#8217;t want to look at myself in the mirror because the flab was still there, right in front of me.<span><strong> </strong></span></p>
<p><strong>How To Lose 20 Pounds &#8211; The Breakthrough</strong></p>
<p>I was chatting with a friendly gal in a weight loss forum one day who had gone through a similar problem as me and we really hit it off.   She was so nice and she really inspired me with her success story.</p>
<p>And when I asked her for more info, she ended up showing me some amazing before and after pictures.   I was totally blown away; in less than 2 months she had lost more than 20 pounds and has kept it off for nearly two years since then!</p>
<p>Of course, I asked her &#8212; no, I begged her &#8212; to tell me how she had managed to do it.   I was dying to know what her secret was, how she had learned to lose and keep off that weight.   And when she replied, her answer seemed almost unbelievable because it was so simple.</p>
<p>It turns out that she had received almost the same advice 2 years ago when she had come across a blog saying that there was a &#8220;secret&#8221; diet program that was producing real results.   Casting aside her doubts, she clicked on the link in that blog which led her to the program – and that led to her success.</p>

Of course I was intrigued, so I asked her for the web site address of that program, and then I clicked on it and checked out the site.    And that was the beginning of my own (long delayed) success.</p>
<p>The information I found on that site has totally changed the way I think about Internet products.   Yes, some products on the Internet are indeed crappy, but not all of them.   In fact, I now know that there are some great products out there because I had found one!</p>
<p>Anyway, on the site there were loads of testimonials and success stories of women and men finally achieving their weight loss goals.    And I asked myself, if this is a scam how can so many people be in on it?  So, I decided to suspend my doubts and cynicism for a while.   And suddenly it seemed that learning <em>how to lose 20 pounds</em> (or 30 or whatever), wasn&#8217;t such a pipe dream after all.</p>
<p>I eagerly began the program the next day and couldn&#8217;t believe how simple and easy it was.     I was actually exercising less and still eating lots of the yummy food I love &#8212; just as I had been the previous week.</p>
<p>Of course, there were some important differences too.   But what was most important to me was that I had finally discovered how to slim down and firm up.   First my thighs and butt, and then my arms and waist became slimmer and firmer.  And this was just in the first month; it got even better in the second month.</p>
<p>I became more confident.   I was looking and feeling more attractive &#8212; and I still am.</p>
<p>I realize now that what I discovered when I visited that site has changed my life.   I know for sure that I was pretty unhappy before I trimmed down, and I was definitely frustrated that nothing I had tried before had worked.</p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: medium;">And sure enough, I found out that most of the stuff I had been doing in terms of how to lose 20 pounds was all wrong!</span> </strong></p>
<p><span>The other programs were either incomplete or contradictory.   And some of the stuff in them was flat out wrong.</span></p>
<p>But that was not the case with the new program.  Moreover, I was amazed at how simple it was to implement.   In fact, it really seemed almost too easy, and I laughed when I remember how confused I used to get with the other diets and programs I had tried before.</p>
<p>The new program showed me how to tweak some little things that make a big difference.   I also learned how to make some surprising changes that give me very fast results.</p>
