Is it possible to lose 20 pounds within one month?

Yes it is. I am a living example of that. To make things very simple, all you have to do is to burn more calories than you eat.

There are many advanced systems to help you keep track of how many calories you eat and there are even systems that don’t deal with calories, but with advanced points systems.

The thing is that these systems don’t work in the long run. Sure, you’ll lose some weight in the beginning and if you are very persistent, you might even lose 20 pounds. However, as soon as you start living a normal lifestyle again, you’ll gain all that weight back on. Not very cool, eh.

My Final Thoughts:

I’ve tried a lot of different diets in my time, and this is the only system I would ever recommend to anyone. I am a geek sometimes, and I like to know why stuff works the way it does.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots did the trick and I lost a lot of weight with it, but I had a hard time understanding why. But, if you don’t care about all that science stuff and just want to shred some pounds without thinking too much about it, then Fat Loss 4 Idiots is probably what you need.
